In the many years of helping people become well and stay healthy, I have relied on great nutrition and healthy cooking.
Nutrition is one of my passions and it began as my own health greatly improved when I was 37 years old. I started running, became a vegetarian than followed a macrobiotic diet. Now in my 60’s I can honestly say I feel strong and vibrant because of what I choose to eat. My food now is neither vegetarian nor macrobiotic, but a sensible combination of good whole foods, mostly locally grown (I’ve given up bananas), with small portions of meat and fish.
Food is life! What we eat impacts not only how we feel each day, but the quality of our lives and how long we live.
So if you are tired of your same foods?
